Description
Stone Creek™ Henry’s Fork Hopper
The Stone Creek™ Henry’s Fork Hopper is a proven Western-style grasshopper pattern designed for explosive summertime trout action. Featuring a realistic terrestrial profile, buoyant body, and excellent visibility, this fly excels when trout are actively feeding on hoppers along grassy banks, undercut edges, meadow streams, and larger Western rivers.
Built to float high and drift naturally, the Henry’s Fork Hopper effectively imitates the large grasshoppers that become a primary food source for trout during late summer and early fall. Its durable construction and lifelike silhouette make it an excellent searching pattern and a dependable choice whenever trout are looking for a substantial meal on the surface.
Whether fished alone or as the lead fly in a dry-dropper setup, the Henry’s Fork Hopper consistently produces aggressive strikes from trout in a variety of fishing conditions.
